We taken our Italian Espresso blend, a recipe that was shared with me from a legendary NYC roaster and decaffeinated it. Roasted to a rich dark color the resulting in (dare I say) a perfectly balanced Decaf coffee with a dense caramel-like sweetness, an intensity of flavor with complex spicy fragrance that will that will stay with you all day long.
