Our Italian Espresso blend coffee is from a recipe that was shared with me by a legendary NYC roaster. Which we roasted to a rich dark color the resulting in (dare I say) a perfectly balanced coffee with a dense caramel-like sweetness, an intensity of flavor with complex spicy fragrance that will that will stay with you all day long.

I make cappuccino's every morning and really like the Italian espresso from NYG. I have also tried d number of different flavors which I enjoy with these beans. My favorite is the vanilla maple although I like the hHilander cream and now I've just tried the whipped cream and berries. and wasn't sure how it would work. After getting it w week ago, this is now my second favorite flavoring. It provides a nice balance to the strong espresso but its not too sweet. I find the aroma and flavor very pleasant and one I'd order again. I
