Swiss Water Decaffeinated Organic Fair Trade Peruvian Coffee

Description

We start with our Organic & Fair Trade Peruvian Coffee then have it decaffeinated using the SWISS WATER Process also known as "The European Method" without chemicals. Caffeine is removed using an activated charcoal filter.  We use our standard roast that results in a wonderfully smooth cup, with a soft quality on the palate with a hint of walnut shell, a delicate acidity, and a subtle fruit finish.
